To point out Mental Health is ever increasing with 1 in 4 people experiencing mental health each year.  Therefore, acting as Mental Health Champion in your workplace will set you up to have knowledge and understanding of someone experiencing mental health.

Our Level 3 Mental Health course is for anyone; employees, employers, those acting as a champion in the workplace, or anyone who would like an insight into mental health.

Attending our 2 days Supervising First Aid for Mental Health you will have the understanding:

• What is Mental Health First Aid
• Identifying mental health conditions
• provide advice and start a conversation
• First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan
• First aid for Mental Health in the Workplace
